Community Centre hire documentation

Thank you for your enquiry about hiring Jennett's Park Community Centre.

 

Your booking form has been sent to you by email. Please ensure that you read and check it carefully and notify the Bookings Manager of any mistakes or errors that you find. Completed forms must be returned within 10 days of the agreement date along with the deposit otherwise your booking will be cancelled.

 

It is your responsibility to keep us updated of any changes to your contact details (address, phone number, email address, etc)

The following documents ALL form part of your agreement and contract with Jennett's Park Community Association for the hire of the Community Centre. By signing the hire agreement you are agreeing that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions set out in the documents below.

 

If you have any enquiry about any of the documents then please contact the Bookings Manager by email, bookings@jpca.org.uk.

 

We particularly draw your attention to the following clauses/forms ;

 

  • Cancellation policy
  • Assumed shared use of facilities (unless otherwise notified)
  • Cash security deposit (payable of day of hire)
  • Public liability insurance / PAT testing for entertainers/activities

Public Liability Insurance and PAT Testing information request
This form is required to be completed and returned by all hirers if they are hiring in any entertainer or activity. Forms must be returned not later than 14 days prior to the hire

Payment Options
How to pay your initial minimum booking deposit and/or the balance of your hire. The initial deposit is 1/3 total hire cost, minimum £25. We'll happily accept more!

Refuse disposal policy
JPCA have limited capability for disposing of rubbish and a chargeabvle refuse policy operates for landfiull rubbish. Recyclables are disposed of free of charge
